6 August 2009: Ray called today with some good news: Because of his campaign, the mental health system has agreed that he may officially switch psychiatrists. His new psychiatrist is pledged to NOT use forced electroshock!
Also because of Ray's campaign, this Monday, 10 August 2009, the Minnesota State Legislature has scheduled a special hearing on electroshock of committed people.
